“ Been going here for years. Kids enjoy going here as there is also a playground nearby where they like to play before heading in for a cheeky nandos! Staff have always been lovely and service is great. Can't complain. ”

“ Food at Nandos is nothing to complain about. It's always very well cooked and the flavours are on point. The service here is outstanding. We went as a group of around 15 people. Without a booking. And they accommodated us very well and very fast. We all ordered quickly and conveniently from the table using the QR code. Food arrived fast and hot. Only reason Food gets a 4 star is because there are better places out there now for chicken. But Nandos set the initial standard, but other peri chicken places have surpassed, but still worth a visit. ”

I can not thank Chris enough for his kindness and service. He took our order from our seats, he made sure my orders could be processed with my online vouchers, and he was super kind with providing colouring activities and extra tubs for my children for the very yummy ice cream dessert! Will come again and have no hesitation to recommend this place to others with youngsters and adults with special needs. ”

The restaurant was quite full when we arrived, and we were seated at the far end, where it was a bit cold . However, after asking one of the waiters to adjust the temperature, the room quickly became warmer, so big points for attentive service. There was a small issue with the timing of our meals—my starter arrived after my friend's had already been finished, and the same happened with our main courses, even though we ordered together. We weren't too happy about it, but the manager personally came over, apologized, and treated us to dessert as a goodwill gesture . It was a lovely way to make up for the delay, and we appreciated the effort to make things right. Overall, great food and even better service. Highly recommend this Nando's for a tasty and well-handled experience! ”

I don’t normally write reviews, but after the incredible service I received at Nando’s, I had to shout out the absolute superstar of the night – Tilly Jo! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome. Friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does, Tilly Jo took the whole experience to another level. She had perfect menu knowledge, helped us pick the ideal spice level (Medium is now my go-to!), and even made sure everything came out just right – piping hot and cooked to perfection. It’s not just about the food (which was banging, obviously – PERi chips, halloumi, butterfly chicken ), it’s about the vibe. And with Tilly Jo running the show, the vibe was immaculate.
